Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, you are not entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation. However, cancellation is possible for Cash on Delivery orders only if the order has not yet been processed by X-group Chain Restaurant. For online payments, order cancellation is not allowed after confirmation.

X-group Chain Restaurant reserves the right to cancel an order. In such cases, a full refund will be processed through the original online payment method used during checkout. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you via the phone number provided at the time of ordering. You may then choose to cancel the entire order and receive a refund as per our refund policy.

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • The delivery address falls outside our designated delivery zone.
  • We are unable to reach you by phone or email during order confirmation.
  • Delivery fails due to incomplete information, lack of directions, or absence of authorization at the time of delivery.
  • All items in your order are unavailable at the time of booking.

Refunds Policy

A refund is only applicable if you pre-paid for your order and one of the following occurs:

  • Your order arrives with tampered or damaged packaging.

The decision to issue a refund lies solely at the discretion of X-group Chain Restaurant and is final and binding. All approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days, subject to the processing timelines of your respective bank or financial institution.

Refund & Return Policy on Cancellation

  • Online Food Orders: Can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement.
  • Table Bookings: Can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the reserved time.
  • Party/Event Bookings: Can be cancelled up to 3 days in advance.
