ORDER POLICY

  • 1.1. Orders for fewer than 100 people must be confirmed by 12 noon the day before the event.
  • 1.2. Orders for 100 or more people must be confirmed at least one (01) day in advance.
  • 1.3. Large orders (200+ guests) must be confirmed at least two (02) days in advance.
    Note: Some menu items may require additional notice or substitutions.
  • 2. To confirm your order, a 50% advance payment is required.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Any cancellation request for an event order must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

To ensure the best customer experience, we offer the following policies. For any questions, feel free to contact us at catering@x-grouprestaurant.com.

Preparation begins immediately after your order is confirmed. Once confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations unless stated otherwise.

Third Party Delivery Orders (Foodpanda, Hungrynaki, Pathao, etc.)

For issues related to third-party delivery (e.g., delays, missing items), please contact the delivery service directly via their support line or website.

Food Order Errors

If you receive food different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us or the delivery partner as soon as possible.

Credit card payments: We will cancel the incorrect charge and reprocess the correct amount.

Cash payments: You will pay the difference if the corrected order is more expensive. If less, you will receive the balance as store credit. In some cases, we may offer store credit. Please return the incorrect food in original packaging to our host.

Food Order Incomplete

If any item from your receipt is missing, please notify us immediately. You may cancel the missing item before preparation, and we’ll issue a refund to your credit card or provide store credit. Cash refunds are not available.

Food Dissatisfaction

We prepare all dishes fresh using high-quality ingredients and take pride in our food. Refunds or replacements are available if the food is wrong, omitted, or improperly prepared.

No refunds will be issued for personal taste preferences. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed, discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, we cannot verify authenticity and will not issue refunds, discounts, or store credit.

Cancel Order

We cannot cancel, refund, or provide store credit if you change your mind or place an incorrect order after preparation has started. No refunds for non-food items or beverages.

A full refund may be issued if the order is canceled within 5 minutes of placement. Contact us via www.x-grouprestaurant.com or call our hotline.

Cancelling Restaurant Delivery

Same policy applies: No cancellations, refunds, or store credits after preparation. Full refund only if canceled within 5 minutes of order placement.

Complimentary Food

No cash value or refund will be provided for complimentary food items.
